The guesthouse is located in the beautiful Abersee region and offers an ideal location for hiking, cycling, or exploring restaurants and shops (approx. 800m away). Lake Abersee is a breathtaking lake in Austria, located in the Salzkammergut region, near St. Gilgen (approx. 8 minutes by car) and Wolfgangsee, with the guesthouse's own bathing area and sunbathing lawn (approx. 800m away). During the warm summer months, the location is perfect for refreshing dips in one of the region's beautiful lakes. For families, nature lovers, and active holidaymakers, the region is an absolute paradise, promising unforgettable memories.
For hotel guests arriving by train, the nearest train station is in Salzburg (approx. 38 km), and Salzburg Airport is about 42 km away.

The double rooms with balcony are approximately 20m² in size and are comfortably and cosily furnished. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (free of charge), radio, and telephone (DBK).

These double rooms have similar amenities but are slightly larger at approximately 25m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. A sofa bed serves as an additional sleeping option (DA).

Family room with balcony

The family rooms offer a size of approximately 30m² and feature a sofa bed for two people as an additional sleeping option (DF2).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1st, 2025, there will be a new levy called the "Mobility Tax". The fee will be charged along with the local tax per overnight stay and will contribute to the development of transportation.
