Location

The small, family-run Strandhotel is located directly on the picturesque Brennsee, also known as Feldsee. It is situated in Feld am See in the idyllic Gegendtal valley, surrounded by the pristine Nockberge mountains, in the Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim region. Here, on an emerald-green lake with drinking water quality, you can enjoy peace and seclusion – far from mass tourism and the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The Brennsee is particularly known for its excellent weather conditions, making it the ideal place for numerous water sports. After an active or eventful day, you can relax on the comfortable lake terrace or take a refreshing dip in the clear water.

Facilities

The hotel comprises 25 cozy rooms and consists of two buildings located right next to each other. A special highlight is the direct access to the lake via a jetty, as well as a small sunbathing lawn of about 50m², where you can relax on the provided sun loungers under the sun umbrellas. Whether on the sun terrace or in the restaurant – here you can enjoy traditional cuisine and a breathtaking view of the Brennsee. Further facilities of the hotel include a sauna, an infrared cabin, a steam bath, and a children's playroom. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski and ski boot room. Additionally, Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double Room Comfort

The Double Room Comfort (DKO, approx. 28m²) offers modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. It features a telephone, cable TV, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a magnificent lake view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Family Room

The Family Room (DF2, approx. 36m²) offers plenty of space and comfort. It consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a separate living area equipped with a pull-out sofa or an extra bed. Further amenities include a telephone, cable TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a beautiful lake view. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.

* Breakfast: Buffet 8-10 AM
- Rich buffet, cheese selection, cold cuts, muesli, jams, yogurt, fruits (fresh and stewed), egg dishes, fried bacon, soft-boiled eggs, fried eggs, Filter coffee only (no fully automatic machine). Juices and teas.
* Dinner: Buffet 6-8 PM
- Daily soup, three different main courses (one vegetarian option), various salads from the buffet, dessert (min. 2 different choices) and ice cream.
* Vegetarian dishes available upon request

Sports for a Fee

* Bicycles are available for rent at the sister hotel Burgstallerhof (approx. 500m away).
* E-bike rental station in the village center (opposite the Hotel Burgstallerhof), two sand tennis courts (700m from the hotel)
* The Bad Kleinkirchheim Golf Club (18 holes) is approx. 16km (20 minutes by car) and the Millstätter See golf course (18 holes) is 20km (25 minutes by car) from the hotel.
