Location

The Kolmhof is located in the Bach district at approx. 1,100m above sea level, directly opposite the St. Kathrein thermal spa. Several boutiques, bars, and cafés invite you to stroll. Our hotel is very centrally located yet quiet. In summer, our establishment is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and walks. The golf course is just a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel is an ideal starting point, especially in winter, as it is located in the middle of the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald ski area. With good snow conditions, you can access the slopes directly from the hotel. The nearest ski lift, the "Maibrunnbahn," is located right behind the Kolmhof, just a 3-minute walk away. A ski school and walking/hiking trails are also in the vicinity.

Facilities

The family-run and traditional Hotel Kolmhof impresses with a modern feel-good atmosphere. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel offers an approx. 1,000 m² spa and wellness oasis with breathtaking panoramic views. In the hotel's own restaurant, emphasis is placed on regional products. In addition to regional dishes, international cuisine is also offered. The hotel's amenities include a total of 59 rooms, a spacious reception area with a reception desk, an elevator, and a bar. In winter, the cozy farmhouse parlor with a tiled stove invites you to a pleasant evening. In summer, you can enjoy the wonderful weather on the sun terrace or relax on the sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas.

Double Room Nockalm

The cozy Double Rooms Nockalm (approx. 22 m², D) feature a shower or bath/WC, hairdryer, TV, and telephone. Some rooms have a balcony.

Double Room Kärnten

With otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms Nockberg, these rooms offer slightly more space at approx. 25 m², an extra bed, and a balcony (DA).

Junior Suite

Also similar to the Double Rooms Nockberg, the Junior Suites "Maibrunn" are larger at approx. 36 m² and offer a seating area with a sofa bed and a balcony (JS2).

Panorama Suite

The comfortable Panorama Suites "Maibrunn" (approx. 50 m², S2) feature a large living and sleeping area, sofa bed, separate bedroom, large bathroom with a round bathtub and double sink, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, and balcony.

Family Apartment

The Family Apartment "Kaiserburg" also offers approx. 50 m² of space. Further amenities include a large living-sleeping area with a double sofa bed and an extra bed, a large bedroom, bath or shower, WC, and balcony (APF).
