The studios are modernly and cheerfully furnished and offer a comfortable size of approximately 27m². The studios are equipped as follows: double bed (180cmx200cm) or two single beds (90cmx200cm each), seating area, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher). The bathrooms feature a shower/WC, towels, and a hairdryer (S12).

Apartment

The apartments have similar amenities to the studios but are larger at 45m² and include a bedroom with a double or two single beds (AP).
