Location

Slagharen is idyllically situated in the green Vechte river valley in the northeast of the Overijssel province. The town center is about 1 km away. The nearest train station is in Hardenberg, 10 km away, while Hoogeveen is only a 20-minute drive from the park. The German border is just 15 km away, and the city of Zwolle can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Facilities

The resort has a total of 710 holiday homes and offers families a wealth of activities, including a swimming pool, a tennis court, and its own amusement park. The amusement park is divided into different themed areas: Wild West, Jules Verne, Mexico, Yellowstone, New Orleans, and American Indians.
There are numerous shows and attractions, including the Gold Rush roller coaster, a climbing park with a high ropes course, a Ferris wheel, and a water rapids ride. The park also features a reception, various restaurants, a launderette, a supermarket, an indoor pool, a beach-style outdoor pool, and a 4D cinema.

Wigwam Deluxe/WIG

Suitable for up to 6 people (max. 2 adults and 4 children). The modern, 25 sqm bungalow tents, renovated in 2014, have 3 bedrooms/cabins with 3 double beds, a new living area with a dining table, a new kitchenette with a hob and refrigerator, flatscreen TV, and a ceiling-mounted thermostatic heater. A private bathroom/toilet is located next to the "Wigwam Deluxe". (Not bookable during the winter season).

Holiday Home Type "Yellowstone"/YEL

Suitable for up to 4 people. The 49 sqm "Yellowstone" lodges have 2 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, a private terrace, and a parking space at the accommodation.

Holiday Home Type "Hacienda"/HAC

Suitable for up to 6 people (max. 2 adults and 4 children). The "Hacienda" wooden houses are new accommodations in Mexican style. The 27 sqm houses, painted in bright colors, are all detached and have their own parking space. The houses have 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (bed length 1.80m), a living room with a double sofa bed (for adults), shower/toilet, TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cowboy Cottage/COT

The Cowboy Cottages, suitable for up to 6 people (max. 2 adults and 4 children), are approximately 27 sqm, designed in Wild West style, and feature an open living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed (for adults), a kitchenette, and a dining area. The cottages also have a shower/toilet, and a separate sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (bed length 1.80m) is available.

Mobile Home Type "Colorado"/COL

The mobile homes (max 2 adults and 2 children) are approximately 25 sqm and located in Colorado City. They are equipped with a bunk bed for children (bed length 1.80m), a separate bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Raccoon Lodge/RCO

The new Raccoon Lodges for up to 6 people are approximately 54 sqm and inspired by the "American Indian" theme. The lodges have a total of 3 bedrooms (including one sleeping alcove) with 6 box-spring beds, a modern kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, cutlery), a separate shower and toilet, and a parking space at the house.
The lodges are located approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the amusement park.

Red Rock/RED

The modern cottages for up to 6 people are approximately 40 sqm and located in a quiet, green area, a stone's throw from the amusement park. They have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a compact living area with a kitchen, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, and cutlery.

Holiday Home Type "Nevada"/NEV

Suitable for up to 6 people. The comfortable lodges are approximately 58 sqm, stylishly furnished, and feature luxurious amenities. A total of 2 bedrooms with 4 box-spring single beds and a bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen TV, bathroom, and separate toilet, as well as a private terrace and parking space at the accommodation.

Daily admission to the amusement park with over 30 attractions, shows, and parades (also on arrival and departure days) as well as to the water park "Aqua Mexicana".

Final cleaning is included in the package price, no separate charges will be incurred for this. However, the tenant is obliged to treat the accommodation and its inventory with care.
