Location

The town of Budva is approximately 18 km away, and Tivat Airport is approximately 38 km away. The beach is about 300 m away.

Facilities

Built in 2018, the hotel consists of two buildings with a total of 114 rooms. The modern hotel facilities include four elevators, a swimming pool, an indoor pool, a bar, and a buffet and an à la carte restaurant. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

Double Room

The modernly furnished double room (approx. 25 m²) features two single beds or one double bed, a shower/WC, bidet, slippers and bathrobe, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar, kettle, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Double room for single use is also available.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms are equipped like the double rooms, with a double bed or queensize bed, are approx. 25-29 m² in size, and have a mountain view. Double room for single use is also available. Can be booked with sea view for an additional charge. These rooms have a double bed or twin beds and a sofa bed for a third person, if booked.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Junior Suite features a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed. The room size is approx. 33-43 m².
Can be booked with sea view for an additional charge, featuring a double bed and a sofa bed.

Super Saver Room

Same amenities as double rooms, but with a limited quota and not in a preferred location.

Double Room without Balcony (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms do not have a balcony (DO/D1K).

Double Room Level Sea View (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer more space (approx. 40 m²) and, thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view from your bed (DA).

Premium Double Room (TIVA13)

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a queen/king-size bed, double bed or single bed, capsule coffee machine, kettle, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet, safe, and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from March to December) and central heating (from March to May). The bathroom has a shower/WC (approx. 40 m², PDZ).

Superior Double Room (TIVA13)

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms may vary in size (DSU).
