Separated from the beautiful sandy/pebble beach only by the promenade. The idyllic town center of Petrovac with its numerous typical restaurants and quaint cafés is about a 5-minute walk away. Petrovac is located on the coast between Budva and the town of Bar, where the old mountain road from Podgorica reaches the coast. The town is a popular attraction for tourists. Tivat Airport is approx. 38 km away.

The hotel with a total of 171 units spread over 5 floors has an entrance hall with reception and seating areas, a safe, an elevator, a restaurant, a café, a terrace with a sea view, a lounge, a hairdresser, and a souvenir shop. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a partially covered seawater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool.
