Location

The hotel is located about 80 m from the hotel's own gravel/sand beach, which is approximately 150 m wide, along the long promenade with bars, restaurants, and shops. It is about 2 km to Budva and about 25 km to Tivat Airport.

Facilities

The hotel consists of the main building with 227 rooms on 8 floors and the opposite annex building with 53 rooms. It has an entrance hall, reception, safe, Wi-Fi (included), lifts, restaurant, bars, TV room, hairdresser, and souvenir shop. In the outdoor area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and pool bar, as well as the beach bar (for a fee and payable in cash only). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a fee (€1 per towel).

The rooms are located in the annex building and are equipped with a shower/WC, double bed, slippers, telephone, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and French balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room French Balcony

The rooms have the same amenities, also feature a French balcony, and are located in the main building (FBD). Double room for single use (FBE). A triple occupancy is bookable under DO. Rooms with a French balcony and sea view are bookable for an additional charge (2OY).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the main building and have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, but with a balcony and garden view. (DF2).

Junior Suite (TIVA33)

The spacious junior suite with a balcony offers a double bed plus additional seating areas, as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC. Otherwise, similar amenities to the double room (approx. 65m², JS2). Optionally bookable with sea view (J2M).
