Location

The Fagus Hotel is located in the heart of Budva, offering the feeling of being close to the city while also being in a quieter place for relaxation. Simple shapes, elegance, refined design, and a warm ambiance describe the style of this charming hotel. The nearest beach is approximately 200m away, and Tivat Airport is about 23 km away. Numerous shopping opportunities are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The holiday accommodation has 54 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception, elevator, restaurant, conference room, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. A wellness area with a sauna and steam bath is also available and can be used for a fee. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 30th, weather permitting), and beach towels are included there.

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they feature a double bed, a French balcony, and can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ) for single occupancy.

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are slightly larger and can also be booked for occupancy of 2+1 or 3+0 with an additional sofa bed.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are equipped like the double rooms and have a living area with a visually separated sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed (160x200 cm).

The suite (approx. 35 sqm) has the same amenities as the double rooms, features a French bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony.

Unfortunately, the transfer bus cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. It stops approximately 200m away.
