Location

Your holiday accommodation is located directly on the hotel's own pebble beach, on the outskirts of Budva. The old town is just a few minutes' walk away, and a fine pebble/sand beach is located approx. 300 m away. Tivat Airport is approx. 20 km away and Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The hotel has a total of 303 rooms. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby, reception with seating areas, lift, restaurant, cafe, cocktail bar, Wi-Fi (included) and a hairdresser. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool (June - September) connected to an indoor pool, with a separate children's pool. The use of sun loungers, Suns umbrellas, and towels is included by the pool and on the beach.

The double rooms have a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning (seasonal) and a furnished balcony. Rooms with a lateral sea view are also available at an additional charge.

Double room Superior

With comparable amenities to the double rooms, the double rooms Superior are more spacious. Rooms with a sea view or for single use are also available at an additional charge.

Single room

Double room for single use. Lateral sea view available at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

Same amenities as the double rooms, but with limited availability and not in a preferred location.

Standard Villa

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Standard Villas are approximately 48m² in size and, in a duplex style, feature a living area with a sofa and a bedroom with a French bed. The rooms have a lateral sea view.

Family Villa

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Family Villas feature a living area and two bedrooms. The rooms have a lateral sea view.

Double room Superior Type A (TIVA07)

These rooms correspond to the Double rooms Superior, but with a view of the old town (DAS).
