Location

Your holiday accommodation is located directly on the hotel's own pebble beach, on the outskirts of Budva. The old town is just a few minutes' walk away, and a fine pebble/sandy beach is about 300 meters away. Tivat Airport is approx. 20 km away, and Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The hotel has a total of 303 rooms. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby, reception area with seating, elevator, restaurant, cafe, cocktail bar, Wi-Fi (included), and a hairdresser. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool (June – September) connected to an indoor pool, with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included for use at the pool and on the beach.

Double room

The double rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning (seasonal), and a furnished balcony. Rooms with a side sea view are also available at an additional charge.

Double room Superior

With comparable amenities to the double rooms, the Superior double rooms are more spacious. Rooms facing the sea or for single occupancy are also available at an additional charge.

Single room

Double room for single use. Side sea view available at an additional charge.

Economy double room

Same amenities as the double rooms, but with a limited quota and not in a preferred location.

Standard Villa

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Standard Villas are approx. 48m² and feature a living area with a sofa in a maisonette style, as well as a bedroom with a French bed. The rooms offer a side sea view.

Family Villa

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Family Villas feature a living area and two bedrooms. The rooms offer a side sea view.

Double room Superior Type A (TIVA07)

These rooms correspond to the Superior double rooms but offer a view of the old town (DAS).
