The air-conditioned (June, July, August) hotel has 583 rooms spread across 3 buildings. Facilities include three reception areas with a reception desk, 2 lobby bars (Piano and Lobby Bar, each with a fee), lifts, 5 further AI bars, Wi-Fi in the hotel included, two non-smoking restaurants, a pizzeria/snackbar, and a heated freshwater indoor pool and whirlpool. The outdoor area features 3 freshwater swimming pools (two for adults and one for children) with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included by the pool. Junior Suite Garden View

The Junior Suites are approx. 32m² and, apart from that, have the same amenities as the family rooms, with garden view and are located in the terrace building (JS2/J2A). Bookable at an additional charge with sea view (J2M) - Junior Suites with sea view can be located in the terrace building as well as in other buildings.

The approx. 32 m² family suites have a separate sleeping area, double bed or two single beds, sofa bed, air conditioning (June-August), TV, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and balcony (B2F/ASF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet style (in the two AI restaurants in the Terrace and Grand blocks). There is also a late risers' breakfast until 12 noon (croissants and fruit). Snacks, pizza, pasta, coffee, tea, ice cream, and cake are available from 12:00 to 18:30. Croissants and fruit are also available from 21:30 to 24:00. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included until 11 PM. The opening hours of the restaurants and bars may vary depending on the season, occupancy, and weather conditions.
