Location

The hotel is located approximately 100 m from the hotel's own private pebble/sand beach (approx. 150 m wide), situated along the long seaside promenade with its bars, restaurants, and shops. Budva is about 2 km away, and Tivat airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facilities

The hotel consists of the main building with 227 rooms spread over 8 floors and an annex building across the street with 53 rooms. It features a lobby, reception, safe, Wi-Fi (included), elevators, restaurant, bars, TV room, hairdresser, souvenir shop, indoor pool, gym, and spa. Outside, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a pool bar, as well as a beach bar (for a fee, cash payment only). Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and beach. Bath towels are available for a fee (1 € per towel).

Double Room Annex

These rooms are located in the annex building and are equipped with a shower/WC, double bed, slippers, telephone, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and a French balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Double Room French Balcony

These rooms have the same facilities, also feature a French balcony, and are located in the main building (FBD). Double room for single use (FBE). Triple occupancy can be booked under DO. Rooms with a French balcony facing the sea are available for an extra charge (2OY).

Family Room

The family rooms are approximately 45-60 sqm in size, located in the main building, and feature a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed; otherwise, they have the same equipment as the double rooms but with a balcony and garden view. (DF2).

Junior Suite (TIVA33)

The spacious Junior Suite with balcony offers additional seating area in addition to the double bed, as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC. Otherwise, similar equipment to the double room (approx. 65 sqm, JS2). Optionally bookable with sea view (J2M). (Currently not bookable for Summer 26 & 27)

Please note when choosing your hotel and arrival airport that when combining "Dubrovnik Airport-Montenegro Hotel," a long distance must be covered, as the border crossing from Montenegro to Croatia must also be navigated.
