Location

The Ananti Resort, Residences & Beach Club hotel is located approx. 12 km from Budva (Tivat approx. 32 km, Podgorica approx. 52 km). The nearest beach, a private pebble/rocky beach, is in the vicinity (free beach shuttle from June to September runs every 15 minutes). Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge on the beach. The tourist center with shopping and entertainment options is approx. 10 km away. The following sights can also be reached from the hotel: Budva Old Town (approx. 10 km), Lovcen National Park (approx. 30 km), Kotor Old Town (approx. 35 km) and Lake Skadar (approx. 30 km). For mobility during your holiday, there is a taxi rank (directly at the hotel) and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away). The airport (TIV) is approx. 30 km away. A shuttle runs between the hotel and the airport as a private ground transfer (for a fee). Another airport (DBV) is approx. 85 km away.

Facilities

The small and cozy beach hotel with 2 floors has a total of 20 exclusive junior suites and suites in a high-quality design. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 3 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), an elevator, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a parking lot (free of charge), a security entry system as well as the Sky-Bar Panorama Lounge Restaurant & Bar (9 a.m. – 10 p.m.), open from May to October. For your culinary well-being, there are 3 restaurants, including the main restaurant "TERRAMAR" with air conditioning. We look forward to your visit in both of the hotel's bars. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. The outdoor area of the modern hotel includes a freshwater pool (open from June to September). Umbrellas and sun loungers are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool bar (open from July to September from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.).

The Junior Suite Sea View with a view of the Budva Riviera is equipped with a king-size bed or double bed, extra bed (sofa bed), living area, carpeted floor, kitchenette with microwave, capsule coffee machine (possibly for a fee), electric kettle, minibar (possibly for a fee), balcony, internet, safe and satellite TV with local channels as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating (from April to October). The marble-style bathroom offers a walk-in shower and WC (approx. 40 m², J2M).

Junior Suite Comfort Sea View

With a spacious bathroom and queen-size bed, the brightly designed attic Junior Suite Comfort with sloped ceilings also offers a great sea view of the Adriatic coast and is larger overall. The other facilities are similar to the Junior Suite (approx. 50 m², C2J).

Premium Suite Sea View

The spacious Premium Suite combines modern design with elegant luxury and a sensational sea view. The suite includes a cozy living area, a small equipped kitchenette, and a sleeping area with a king-size bed. The bathroom consists of a bathtub or shower as well as a WC (approx. 52-55 m², MP2).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

The sophisticatedly designed Deluxe Suite Sea View offers guests two bedrooms and a living area. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the two bathrooms consist of walk-in showers and bathtubs. The spacious living and dining area invites you to spend cozy hours with family and friends. The furnished outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying wonderful sunbeams (approx. 114 m², SDM). Alternatively available as a slightly smaller Duplex Suite (approx. 110 m², 4SD).
