Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Risan, one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast, overlooking the breathtaking UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor. The tranquil town of Risan is situated at the northern tip of the Boka Bay and is one of Montenegro's most historically significant places, boasting numerous impressive sights. The famous old town of Kotor is approximately 20 km away. Tivat Airport is only about 25 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport can be reached in approximately 50 km. Podgorica Airport is about 100 km away. Furthermore, the private, expansive Mareta sandy beach is just a few steps from the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel, expected to open in Summer 2026, belongs to the renowned Accor/Mövenpick hotel chain and offers a total of 151 modernly styled accommodation units, including 85 rooms and 66 suites. Further facilities include the à la carte restaurant Spilla Terra, serving Mediterranean and international cuisine, the Rhizon Biblioteca Bar in the lobby with homemade cocktails and a fine selection of books, and the Vitamin Bar for healthy options. Additionally, there is a spacious spa area with indoor and outdoor pools, various saunas, and options for relaxing treatments at an additional charge. Just a few steps from the hotel is Mareta – a 3,000 m² private sandy beach with an infinity pool, beach club, sun loungers, two beach bars, and a beach restaurant.

Double Room

The double rooms are approximately 37-39 m² and feature a king-size bed or two twin beds, a minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, desk, and a seating area with a sofa/armchair. With the exception of a few units, the double rooms are equipped with a balcony. Optionally bookable with sea view.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms are approximately 49-64 m² and feature a king-size bed and a balcony. Otherwise, the amenities are the same as the double rooms. For a 3-person occupancy, the child sleeps in an extra bed or sofa bed.

Apartment (1 Bedroom)

The apartments are approximately 51-88 m² and are equipped with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a balcony. Additionally, there is a washing machine, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, air conditioning, desk, and a seating area with a sofa/armchair. Optionally bookable with sea view.
