Location

The luxurious 5-star hotel is located in a prime position, nestled between the Adriatic Sea and the picturesque mountains, right on the marina of Luštica Bay. A private beach in the immediate vicinity belongs to the hotel. The transfer from Tivat Airport takes only about 20 minutes.

Facilities

The hotel features a total of 100 high-quality rooms, 10 suites, and a penthouse. An infinity pool, an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and an experience shower invite guests to relax. Guests can enjoy classic regional cuisine with breakfast at "The Restaurant," the hotel's main dining venue. "The Spot" restaurant, located directly on the marina promenade, is an à-la-carte restaurant serving regional cuisine, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and fat-free options. The "The Japanese" restaurant, newly opened in summer 2025, offers an exclusive dinner experience and is open in the evenings. The lobby bar serves excellent coffee, a selection of local cocktails, liqueurs, and regional wines, as well as light snacks, and afternoon tea, cakes, and cookies at "The Cake Counter." The "The Rok Beach Bar & Lounge" offers snacks and international finger food in a relaxed atmosphere, along with magnificent sunsets. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge to guests on the private beach.

Superior Double

The bright and modern Mediterranean-style rooms (approx. 44 m²) feature a king-size bed or two twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double sink, air conditioning, TV, and a balcony with views of the village. A coffee machine and an electric kettle are also provided (DSU). Can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ).

Superior Double Type A

With the same amenities as the Superior Double, these rooms are larger (approx. 47 m²) and feature only king-size beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate guest toilet, a kitchenette including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher (DAS), as well as mountain views. Can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ).

Grand Deluxe Double

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Type A, these rooms feature sea views (DD2). Can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ).

Deluxe Double Sea View

Features the same amenities as the Superior Double (approx. 44 m²), but with sea/harbor views and only twin or king-size beds (2DM). Can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ).

Grand Double Pool Side

Same amenities as the Superior Double Type A and Grand Deluxe Double, and same size (approx. 47 m²), with a kitchenette including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as land/pool/harbor views (DP). Can also be booked as a single room (DZ=EZ).
