Location

The dreamlike holiday residence is located only approx. 30 m from the public beach (separated by a small road). The town of Kotor is approx. 5 km away, Tivat approx. 15 km, and Herceg Novi approx. 45 km away. The nearest airport in Tivat can be reached in approx. 12 km and Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 93 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 8 rooms spread over 3 floors and a restaurant. There is no elevator. In the garden, there is a pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers with cushions, sunshades, and pool towels are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel.
