The city hotel is located in Sliema, about 50m from the beach. A taxi stand and a bus stop are reachable within a few minutes' walk. In the immediate vicinity, guests will find bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities. The airport is approximately 15 km away.

The hotel consists of a main and an annex building, connected by a bridge on the 6th and 7th floors, and offers a total of 211 rooms.
