Location

The Riviera Spa Resort – Adults-only is situated in one of the best-preserved areas in the north of Malta, overlooking the picturesque Marfa Bay. The unobstructed view of the islands of Gozo and Comino creates an idyllic Mediterranean atmosphere of relaxation.
It is also located in the vicinity of the sandy Paradise Bay beach (approx. 5 minutes by bus). The distance is approx. 2 km. The nearest town is Mellieha. Just a few minutes' walk from the ferry terminal to Gozo/Comino.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel is the ideal place on the Mediterranean for adults seeking relaxation. It has a total of 358 rooms. It offers guests a 24-hour reception, lobby with bar, 2 lifts, two outdoor saltwater pools, a spa and wellness area with sauna and steam room, a heated seawater indoor pool with Jacuzzi, a Thalasso pool, a gym, a souvenir shop, and a car park (free of charge). Culinary variety awaits guests in a total of four restaurants. The main buffet restaurant "Mirasol" serves international and local specialties. Three à-la-carte restaurants provide special moments of culinary enjoyment: "The Bayroom Maltese Restoclub" with traditional Maltese cuisine, the multi-award-winning Lebanese restaurant "Byblos", and the Italian restaurant "Osteria Tropea" with Mediterranean classics. For refreshing drinks and relaxing moments, the stylish Lobby Bar, the elegant Yacht Club, and the Lookout Pool Bar & Grill are available. The latter offers a selection of drinks and snacks in a pleasant atmosphere by the pool during the summer months. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge.
Pool towels are provided against a deposit or credit card pre-authorization. Further information is available at the reception.

Double room

These approx. 24 m² rooms offer shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe, and balcony (D/DE).
Optionally bookable with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS/DES), sea view & pool view (DMQ), bay view (DBD), or sea view (DM).

Junior suite

The Junior suite pool view (J2P) is approx. 34 m² and features an additional seating area and pool view.
Optionally also bookable with land view (J2G).

Family room

These provide space for 4 people with approx. 44 m² and feature a separate bedroom, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms (DF2). Optionally also bookable with pool view (FP2).

Suite

The Suite (S2M) has a sea view; the Suite (2SM) additionally offers a great view of the bay.
(Additionally bookable from winter 2025 under MLAA67 as Suite bay view Type A with balcony or terrace, 2MA).

Super saver room

With otherwise similar amenities and size to the standard double rooms, the super saver rooms have limited availability at specific prices (SSZ).

Suite bay view Type A

The suites are approx. 34 m² and equipped with air conditioning, safe, shower/WC, TV, hairdryer, and balcony with a view of the bay (2MA).

Suite sea view

These are more spacious at approx. 44 m², with a sofa bed and terrace (S2M).

Breakfast in buffet form.

Half board

Half board Plus includes breakfast and dinner (dinner partly as a menu or buffet). Water is included during meals; all other drinks are at an additional cost.

Full board

Full board includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are only available in selected restaurants.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner including drinks with meals. Breakfast as a buffet, dinner as a buffet or table service. Lunch as a buffet or menu. Selection of snacks in the lobby lounge bar and at the pool bar (during summer months) between 11 am - 5 pm. Upon arrival, a credit of €25 per person per night is granted. This daily credited amount can be used during the stay for drinks and food in all of the hotel's catering establishments (the credit cannot be redeemed in the spa or souvenir shop). While the credit can be used in full or in part on any day during the stay, any credit not used by the end of the stay will not be refunded, cannot be transferred to another booking, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
