Location

The Pergola Hotel & Spa is located in the village of Mellieha, situated on a hillside overlooking the popular bay with the sister islands of Gozo and Comino. The sandy beach is approximately 1 km from the hotel. The village center, about 200 m away, offers a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, public transport connections are available nearby, and Malta International Airport is about 22 km away.

Facilities

The partially renovated hotel consists of a main and an adjoining building, featuring a total of 105 rooms spread across 7 floors. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM), a lobby, a total of 6 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), parking (for a fee), an indoor pool (heated) as well as a whirlpool, and currency exchange facilities. For dining, there are 3 restaurants (air-conditioned), including a buffet restaurant, the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant "Da Ciccio Cucina," and the seasonal restaurant "Haus of P." Refreshing drinks in a convivial atmosphere can be enjoyed at the unique "The Cave Bar," built into a rock. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. The Mediterranean-style outdoor area of the hotel includes 2 pools with a separate children's pool (open all year round). Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. A poolside bar offers refreshing drinks.

The modern and comfortably furnished 1-bedroom apartments with a living area are equipped with twin beds, an extra bed (sofa bed), laminate flooring, a kitchenette, heating (individually adjustable), a kettle (free of charge), a small balcony, internet (free of charge), a safe (free of charge), and a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC (approx. 40 sqm, A1T). Optionally bookable with 2 bedrooms (A22) or sea view (2AM/ACT).

Double Rooms

The standard rooms have a shower and WC, hairdryer, safe (free of charge), coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi with a balcony or terrace (D/DA/DE).
Available at an extra charge also with pool view (PD/PDE). Alternatively, can be booked without a balcony (DO/DEO).

Studios

The open-plan studios, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a combined living/sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. They are slightly smaller than the apartments (approx. 33 sqm, SBK). Optionally bookable with sea view (SM2).
