Location

Molum is not just a destination, but a unique journey in itself; it is a seamless blend of the ancient and the modern. This stylish and tastefully designed 5-star hotel is situated in a wonderful location in Filip i Jakov. The distance to the beach of Filip i Jakov is approx. 200m, and the tourist center can be reached in approx. 400m. The beautiful city of Zadar is always worth a day trip and is approx. 27 km away from the hotel. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 500m from the hotel, and the nearest supermarket can be reached in approx. 200m. For hotel guests who would like to take a day trip by bus, the nearest bus stop is reachable in approx. 200m. The nearest airport (ZAD) is approx. 25 km from the hotel.

Facilities

This new luxury resort opened in 2024 and offers its guests a tranquil sanctuary combined with the spirit of adventure of the open sea. The hotel is equipped with 120 rooms, which are kept in a modern Mediterranean style and furnished with carefully selected furniture. The guest rooms are distributed across a main building and 6 annex buildings. A restaurant (air-conditioned) caters to the physical well-being of the hotel guests, and the hotel bar provides refreshing drinks in a convivial atmosphere. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and the friendly staff are happy to help with any questions. In the outdoor area of the hotel, there are 3 freshwater pools that provide refreshing relief on warm summer days.

The Superior double rooms offer comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The rooms are approx. 26m² in size and feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and balcony (DSU). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (DMU).

Superior Double Room Type A

The Superior double rooms are harmoniously furnished and have a size of approx. 35 m². The Superior double rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. All Superior Double Rooms Type A are located on the first or second floor and feature a balcony equipped with seating. They are equipped with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer; in addition to modern technology, they feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (DAS).

Superior Double Room Type B

The Superior Double Rooms Type B offer a spacious terrace that provides direct access to a private garden. All Superior Double Rooms Type B are on the ground floor with a garden and feature a terrace equipped with seating. They are equipped with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer; in addition to modern technology, they feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (DSB).

Deluxe Double Room

The tastefully furnished Deluxe Double Rooms with sea view (approx. 26 m²) impress with a furnished balcony that offers a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea. Superior Family Suite

This family-friendly and tastefully designed suite is ideal for relaxation and has a size of approx. 50m². This spacious accommodation consists of two rooms: one with a king-size bed for adults and the other with a cozy sofa bed for a child. All suites are equipped with a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer; in addition to modern technology, they feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (2FF). Deluxe Family Suite Sea View

The spacious Deluxe Family Suites with sea view (approx. 50 m²) offer plenty of space for a relaxing family holiday with their separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities include a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea. Duplex

The duplex residence spans two levels, with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. Each unit features either a charming terrace or private garden access (approx. 55 m², DU2).

Residence

The spacious Premium Residence offers living space of 68-84 m² and is equipped with two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a balcony (RES).

Residence Garden

With a similar size to the Residence rooms, these offer two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with access to a private garden (SA).
