Location

This holiday residence is situated in a beautiful pine forest and features its own approx. 2 km long beach, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The tourist center and the town of Nin are approx. 2 km away. Zadar is located about 15 km away. Mobility is provided by a car rental service, a taxi rank (approx. 1 km away), and a bus stop (approx. 1.5 km away).

Facilities

The Zaton Holiday Resort features 596 apartments. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, a safe, an à la carte restaurant, a self-service restaurant (for half-board guests), a tavern, a pizzeria, a grill restaurant, an ice cream parlor, and a bakery. The resort also features a fruit and vegetable shop, cafes and bars, a hairdresser, and boutiques. Outside, there are two spacious pool complexes with various pools for guests of all ages (Beachfront and Forest Oasis) covering a total water surface area of 5,000 m². Additionally, there is the Ventula Pool Lounge with a larger pool featuring hydromassage loungers, a smaller pool, a pool bar, and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at the hotel's own beach and pool for a fee.

Studio

These 3-star studio apartments are approx. 20 m² in size and offer a combined living/sleeping area, dining area, kitchenette, shower/WC, and terrace (S12). Optionally bookable with a sofa bed for the 3rd person (AST).

Studio Comfort

The approx. 25 m² 4-star Comfort Studios offer similar amenities to the standard studios but are more modern and located in the eastern part of the resort (SK2).

Studio Superior

These 4-star Superior Studios are approx. 29 m² in size and offer similar amenities to the standard studios but are more modern (US2).

Apartment Type A

These approx. 29 m² 3-star apartments feature a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, a dining area, a shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (AA2).
Optionally also bookable with 2 bedrooms (approx. 35 m², A22).

Apartment Superior

The 4-star Superior Apartments are approx. 43 m² in size and offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, a shower/WC, and a terrace or balcony (A2U).
Optionally also bookable with an additional bedroom, more spacious, and with 2 bathrooms (2AU).

Apartment Comfort

The 4-star Comfort Apartments offer approx. 36 m² of space with similar amenities to the Superior Apartments and are located in the eastern part of the resort (AK2).
Optionally bookable with 2 bedrooms (approx. 48 m², KAT (App. Type A Comfort)) or with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2IK, Apartment Comfort Type I).

Daily programs for various age groups, animation theater with 750 seats, where various evening shows are performed. All information regarding the weekly animation programs is available at the reception. The animation program in the low and shoulder season is limited compared to the high season.
