Location

The hotel, built in 2022 by the renowned AMINESS hotel chain, is located directly on the Adriatic coast by a natural pebble beach. Surrounded by the sea and the Biokovo mountain range, near the town of Makarska, the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The center of Makarska, with its tourist attractions, is approximately 2 km away. The old town and the harbor invite you to stroll. A ferry to the famous island of Brac also offers another excursion option. Split Airport is about a 70-minute drive away.

The beachfront hotel features 299 rooms and suites, an entrance hall with reception and bar, a total of 5 elevators, a hairdresser, a kiosk, other shops, a sky bar, and paid parking. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant, the "Restaurant HALF 8" directly on the promenade, the "7 SEAS ROOFTOP Restaurant" on the hotel's roof terrace, and the "Eat Like A Local" restaurant serving typical Dalmatian cuisine. The pool bar, rooftop bar, and beach bar offer refreshing drinks and delicious cocktails. Three outdoor pools, including a children's pool and an adults' pool with a swim-up bar, provide aquatic fun. Pool and beach towels are free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free by the pool and available for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Classic Double Room

With similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, approximately 34-36.5 sqm, but without a balcony and with an inland view (CC2).
Optionally bookable without a specific view with a balcony (D) or without a balcony (DO).
Also bookable as type A with a view of the atrium/lobby (DA). These rooms are also accessible for disabled guests.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 34-42 sqm), with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, are located in the first row and feature a balcony and sea view (DDM).

The Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View (DM, approx. 35 sqm) feature twin beds/double bed, a sofa bed (142cmx190cm), a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Furthermore, the room boasts a balcony with a private whirlpool and sea view.

Suite

The Suite (S2, approx. 49 sqm) consists of a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds and a living area with a sofa bed (142cmx190cm), 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower/WC, and the same amenities as the other rooms.

Deluxe Suite Sea View

The Deluxe Suite Sea View (SDM, approx. 55-64 sqm) features a balcony with a sea view, a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, a living area with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower/WC, along with the same amenities as the Suite.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 73 sqm) consists of 2 interconnected rooms with a connecting door and features two twin beds/double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, along with the same amenities as the Suites. The room also has a balcony with a sea view.

Elegant Suite

The Elegant Suite (D2E, approx. 54 sqm) features a beautiful balcony with a sea view and a private whirlpool, a bedroom with twin beds/double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, and 1-2 bathrooms with shower, along with the same amenities as the Suites.

Secret Double Room

The Secret Rooms correspond to the Double Rooms with a view of the atrium/lobby (DS). With a bit of luck, an upgrade may be possible. Important: The allocation of rooms is solely at the discretion of the hotelier!
