The Hotel Valamar Meteor Hotel is located about 1 km from the popular holiday resort of Makarska. The next larger cities are Split (approx. 65 km) and Dubrovnik (approx. 181 km). The nearest beach is just a few meters away and invites you to sunbathe and swim in the pleasantly cool water. The tourist center is about 600 m away for a stroll, with further larger shopping facilities. The following sights are reachable from the hotel: Makarska Riva (approx. 600 m) and Biokovo (approx. 5 km). Taxis and a bus stop (approx. 350 m away) provide mobility. A hospital is located about 80 km away for emergency medical care. The airport (SPU) is about 85 km away. Another airport (ZAD) is about 200 km away.
