Location

Your accommodation is located in a private sandy bay called Crvena Luka, directly by the sea and nestled within a pine forest. Biograd Na Moru is approx. 3 km away. The nearest airports are Zadar (approx. 30 km from the resort) and Split (approx. 108 km from the resort).

Facilities

The Crvena Luka Resort features a total of 162 residential units, divided into 69 modern hotel rooms and 93 luxurious apartments and villas. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, ice cream parlor (open from May 15th to Sept 30th), an infinity outdoor pool with sea views, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a spa & wellness area. There are 4 conference rooms available for 40 to 150 people. All residential units are located within approx. 50 m from the sea.

Accommodation

Double room sea side

The double rooms (approx. 30 m²) are equipped with air conditioning/heating, a double bed, desk, telephone, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and some feature a balcony (DY2).

Double room Superior

With the same facilities as the double rooms, the Superior rooms are furnished with an additional living/sleeping area separated by a sliding door, including a sofa bed (DSU). Optionally bookable on the sea side (SMS).

Family room sea side

The family rooms are slightly larger (approx. 38 m²) and feature a double bed and a single bed (FY2).

Family suite

The family suites are approx. 88 m² in size, located on the ground floor or 1st floor, and are only 30-50 m from the sea. They feature two bedrooms, both with a king-size double bed, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa for two people, and a fully equipped kitchen (2FS). Optionally bookable on the sea side (ASF).

Apartment Superior (on request)

The Superior apartments (approx. 104 m²) are slightly more spacious and are located on the park side (A2U). Can also be booked with a sea view for an additional charge (ASZ).

Villa sea view (on request)

The Superior villas (approx. 96 m²) are located near the sea, are equipped like the apartments, and feature a terrace and sea view (M2V).

Family suite Type A (on request)

Corresponds to the family suites, however, these rooms include a one-day pass for the "Dalmaland" water park (2FA).

Breakfast is served in buffet form and is included when booking rooms.

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.

Sports for a fee

(subject to availability): Aqua gymnastics included (July-August), mini-golf, sports courts for volleyball, soccer (included), and tennis, 2 clay tennis courts, bocce (included), bicycle rental, and kayaks.

Children's program

There is children's entertainment for 6-12 year olds (July-August). The resort also features a children's playground.

Wellness

Heated indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center are included. Massages and treatments in the wellness and spa center are for a fee.

Hotel service

In the apartments and villas, beds are made upon arrival; there is a towel package per person and two bathrobes per accommodation unit.
For stays of at least 7 nights, mid-week cleaning as well as a change of towels and bed linen are included.
