Location

The Villa Verica hotel is located in the most attractive part of this town at the foot of the Biokovo mountain, directly on the beach, 200m from the center of Baska Voda and next to the Aparthotel Milenij. A bus stop (approx. 250 m away) provides mobility.

Facilities

The villa has 8 apartments and 12 studios, a reception, air conditioning, and parking (for a fee).
Guests can use all the facilities of the neighboring Aparthotel Milenij: à la carte restaurant, pizzeria, aperitif bar, beach bar, outdoor pool, mini fitness, sauna, whirlpool, internet café, safe, fax, luggage storage, and underground parking.

Apartment

The apartments (AP) are approx. 43 m² and have a bedroom, shower/WC, kitchen (kettle, microwave, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, extractor hood), satellite TV, telephone, radio with alarm clock, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, bed (180x200cm). Optionally available with sea view (2AM).

Apartment Sea Side

The apartments (A2M) offer similar amenities to the apartments, are sea-facing, and have two bedrooms. They are slightly larger at approx. 54 m².

Studio

The studios are approx. 18 m² and have a kitchen (kettle, microwave, 4-burner stove, refrigerator), bed (180x200), additional sleeping facilities, shower/WC, safe, satellite TV, radio, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, bed (140x200cm), and a balcony with a view of the park (S12). Also available at an extra charge facing the sea (ASM).

Studio Sea View

With otherwise similar amenities to the studios, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 30 m², located on the 4th floor, and offer a balcony with a sea view (SM2).
