Location

Located on a hillside above a natural beach, Resort Belvedere offers a panoramic view of the marina and 18 green islets in the background. The old town of Vrsar with its shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

Facilities

The resort has 134 rooms and 176 apartments spread across 16 pavilions. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the resort), a main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (on the waterfront promenade to Vrsar "Lovor Real Grill"), pool bar, aperitif bar, parking (included, not guarded), and an outdoor freshwater pool (sun loungers and umbrellas are included).

Accommodation

Superior Double Room Type A

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Room Type B, this also includes a sofa bed (DAS).

Superior Double Room

All rooms are equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC and a hairdryer, and a view of the land (DSU). Also available to book as Single/Child (1DS/DAE).

Premium Double Room

With otherwise similar features to the Superior rooms, these are slightly more spacious and are located directly near the beach (PDZ). Also available to book as Premium Single/Child (PSK).

Studio

The studios (approx. 40 m²) offer a bedroom and a living room visually separated by a glass wall, featuring a sofa bed and kitchen (including microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, fridge), bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer, safe, LCD TV, telephone, air conditioning, and a terrace (S12).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

These apartments are between 35-38 m² and feature a separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, and balcony (A12/AP). Also bookable as a 1-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people (A14) or with 2 bedrooms (45-55 m², A22).

Superior Apartment

With otherwise similar facilities to the 1-bedroom apartments, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 45-50 m² (A2U).

Premium Apartment

Spacious and comfortable apartments (approx. 35-38 m²) located directly by the sea. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a single sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a balcony (2PA).

Superior Apartment Two Bedrooms

With otherwise similar facilities to the 1-bedroom apartments, these offer two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a balcony, and are more spacious at approx. 45-55 m² (2AU). Optionally available with two bathrooms as Type A (3AU).

Superior Apt 2BR Type B (on request)

The approx. 67-79 m² Superior apartments offer space for up to 6 people. They also have two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (AB2).

Apartment Preferred Location

The key feature of these apartments is their fantastic location in the front row by the sea. They have a sleeping area with twin beds and a living area with an additional armchair bed. The kitchenette offers a microwave, coffee machine, hot plates, and a fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. Further features of the apartments include air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony (approx. 30-38 m², APL).

Sports included

(subject to availability): various sports activities (e.g., afternoon gymnastics, Zumba, aerobics, and water aerobics. A fitness center is located in the nearby Hotel Pineta.

Sports for a fee

(subject to availability): bicycle rental, water sports (pedal boat, kayak, SUP, banana boat, boat rental) through local providers, diving (at Porto Sole), and an extensive sports offer at the Sport Center Petalon: tennis, table tennis, mini-golf, bocce, basketball, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, mini-football, and a padel court.

Finnish and Turkish sauna, hydromassage bath/whirlpool, and fitness are included at the neighboring Hotel Pineta.
Massages in the neighboring Hotel Pineta (for a fee).

Entertainment

An evening program is offered with live music in the high season, as well as hobby workshops during the day. Multi-purpose hall next to the indoor pool for table tennis.
