Location

The Istrian Villas complex is located on a peninsula directly by the sea, only about 2 km from the city center of Umag with its historical buildings from the 10th century, such as the drawbridge and shopping facilities. The ATP tennis stadium can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

The hotel has a total of 180 villas. Amenities include the lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, and bars. Further facilities include a chill-out complex consisting of an outdoor pool with complimentary sun loungers and a bar, an internet corner, and a few small shops. Another pool is located near the O'Grille restaurant. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge throughout the complex.

Accommodation

Superior Villa

The Superior Villas (approx. 43 m²) were completely renovated and modernized in 2022. In addition to a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, the villas feature a bathroom, hairdryer, Smart TV, safe, air conditioning, and a 17 m² terrace with a gas grill and garden furniture. The kitchens are equipped with exclusive accessories such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, minibar, cocktail bar, and an elegant wine cabinet. (VSU).

Villa Superior 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Superior Villas, also completely renovated, these villas feature two bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x twin beds) and additional living space, as well as two bathrooms, and measure approx. 60 m² (V2U).
