Location

The Istrian Villas complex is located on a peninsula directly by the sea, only about 2 km from the city center of Umag with its historical buildings from the 10th century, such as the drawbridge, and its shopping facilities. The ATP tennis stadium can be reached in just a few minutes' walk.

The hotel has a total of 180 villas. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception, a buffet restaurant, three à la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, and bars. Other facilities include the Exclusive Lounge Bar, the Chillout Complex consisting of an indoor pool, bar, and whirlpool with a terrace, an outdoor pool with free loungers, an internet corner, and a few small shops. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for guests throughout the complex.

Accommodation

Superior Villa

The Superior Villas, approx. 43 m², were completely renovated and modernized in 2022. In addition to a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, the villas have a bathroom, hairdryer, Smart TV, safe, air conditioning, and a 17 m² terrace with a gas grill and garden furniture. The kitchens are equipped with exclusive accessories such as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, minibar and cocktail bar, as well as an elegant wine cabinet. (VSU).

Villa Superior 2 Bedrooms

With the same features as the Superior Villas, also completely renovated, these villas have two bedrooms (1x king-size bed and 2x twin beds) and additional living space, as well as two bathrooms and are approximately 60 m² (V2U).

Sports Included

Fitness program: Pilates, Zumba, Fitness, and Body Workout. Mini-football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, jogging path, and shooting range, as well as a multi-purpose court for football, handball, volleyball, etc.

Sports for a Fee

Various water sports offered by local providers, as well as the riding center and sports hall in the vicinity.

Children's Program

Children's pool and kids' club for children aged 4 and over during high season.
