The beach is just about 100 m away and the city center of Umag with numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities is about 1 km away. The airport is approx. 90 km away.

The hotel complex welcomes you with a total of 303 rooms spread across a main building and an annex. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, Wi-Fi in the lobby/internet corner (for a fee), buffet restaurant, à-la-carte restaurant, lobby bar, conference rooms, boutique, and hairdresser. In the outdoor area, you will find a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar. The newly built Punta Pool complex (2022) features a swimming pool with a hydromassage area and waterfall, a children's pool with slides and water attractions, a spray park with sprinklers and water toys, and a covered baby pool, ensuring great fun for even the youngest guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for free at the pool and for a fee at the beach.
