Located about 4 km north of Rovinj in an old pine forest, the Resort Amarin offers a Mediterranean atmosphere in the heart of Croatia. The beach is 100-300 m away. The harbor can be reached after 4 km.

The resort consists of a total of 461 accommodation units, divided into studios, apartments, and rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, 3 outdoor seawater pools, including a children's pool, with sun loungers and umbrellas (also available on the beach but in limited numbers), a hotel restaurant, an à la carte restaurant "Basilico Pizza Pasta", fast food, a Barluma pastry shop, and 2 bars ("Garden Bar" on the beach and "Tuffo Splash Bar" at the pool). Wi-Fi is available free of charge to guests in the accommodations and various areas as well as at the reception and at the resort's pools.

Double room

All rooms are equipped with a terrace, air conditioning, kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, hot plates, refrigerator), satellite TV, safe (included), telephone, bathroom with shower/WC, and hairdryer (D). Also bookable as Single/Child (D1K) or Single/2 children (D2K) or 2 adults + 1 child (KD).

Studio

These studio apartments (renovated in 2026) feature a living room with a sofa bed (80x190cm) for an additional person, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), kitchenette, shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, safe, telephone, and a balcony or terrace (S12). Also bookable for up to 3 people (S13).

Apartment

The standard apartment (renovated in 2026) with one bedroom and a balcony or terrace offers a living area, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), a sofa bed (190x200cm) for two people, kitchenette, internet (free), and individually adjustable heating (from April to May). The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC (approx. 30-36 m², AP).

Apartment 2 bedrooms

The apartments (approx. 46 m², renovated in 2026) feature similar amenities to the type C apartments, with two bedrooms, a single room, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, but with a maximum occupancy of 5 people (A22).

Apartment Type A

Apartment Type A features a terrace, living room with sofa bed, separate bedroom with two beds, air conditioning, kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, hot plates, refrigerator), satellite TV, safe (included), telephone, and a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer (AA2). Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Apartment Type C

Apartment Type C (approx. 46 m²) consists of a terrace, two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, hot plates, refrigerator, dishwasher), satellite TV, safe (included), telephone, bathroom with shower/WC (upper floor), an additional WC (lower level), and a hairdryer (ACT). Maximum occupancy 6 people.

Premium Apartment

With the same amenities as the apartments, these are located on the ground floor or the first floor and are modernly furnished with their own terrace (approx. 40-45m², 2PA). Also bookable with 2 bedrooms (approx. 66m², 22P).

Family Apartment 2 bedrooms

The bright and simply furnished family apartment features two bedrooms, one equipped with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a balcony or terrace, a living area with seating, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower (approx. 46m², APF).
