Hotel Eden is surrounded by a century-old forest park and is located at the quiet Lone Bay. The old town center of Rovinj can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The beach is approximately 50 m away.

Facilities include an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), a hotel restaurant, 1 à la carte restaurant, a grill restaurant, 3 bars, room service (for a fee), an outdoor seawater pool with a terrace (sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels included), an indoor seawater pool (open 1.5.-1.10.), and a guarded parking lot located 350 m away from the hotel.

Superior Double Room

Equipped like the standard rooms, but located on the sea or pool side and also featuring a balcony (DSU/DAS/DS1/1DS).

Double Room

The double rooms feature air conditioning/heating (centrally controlled), satellite TV, a safe, Wi-Fi (included), a telephone, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, a hairdryer, a minibar (for a fee), tea and coffee-making facilities, and a balcony. An extendable armchair is available for the additional person to sleep on (D/D1A/D1K/KD).

Family Room Sea Side

The bright and modern family rooms, approx. 46 m², consist of two double rooms (each with two single beds, either connected or separate), each with two LCD TVs, otherwise having the same features as the double rooms on the pool/sea side with a balcony (FY2).

Junior Suite

The junior suites, which have the same features as the double rooms, include a separate living room with a sofa bed for an additional adult or two children, and also feature a balcony (JS2).

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suite Eden, approx. 44 m², with the same features as the junior suite, also includes a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for up to two adults, and a terrace (S2D).
