Location

The Girandella Valamar Collection Resort comprises four hotels: Girandella Maro Suites, Girandella Family, Girandella Villas, and Girandella designed for Adults. The resort is surrounded by a pine forest and stretches along the most beautiful pebble beaches on the eastern coast of Istria. The town center is approximately 1.5 km away, and Pula Airport is approximately 47 km away.

Facilities

Girandella designed for Adults
This area, exclusively designed for adults (16 years and older), features 75 rooms and 31 suites spread across several floors with elevator access. Amenities in the separate Adults Only area include the "Rebelle" buffet restaurant (serving champagne breakfast and brunch from 8 AM to 2 PM) with a lovely outdoor terrace, as well as an infinity outdoor pool.
Girandella Maro Suites
The hotel has 149 rooms spread across multiple floors with an elevator. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange office, complimentary Wi-Fi, a hairdresser, an indoor pool (seasonally heated), a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's respective beaches, and for a fee at public beaches. Towels are available for a deposit.
Girandella Family
The hotel has 94 rooms spread across 4 floors with an elevator. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange office, complimentary Wi-Fi, a hairdresser, a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the hotel's own beach, and for a fee at public beaches (subject to availability).
Girandella Villas
The Girandella Villas offer luxurious rooms and suites with spectacular sea views and are located near the charming coastal town of Rabac in Istria. Amenities at this hotel include reserved sun loungers and umbrellas at the infinity pool and access to the premium buffet restaurant "Momenti." A first-class concierge service completes the seaside vacation experience.

Accommodation

Double Room Superior Adults Only

These modernly equipped rooms are located in the Girandella designed for Adults section and are approximately 17-26 sqm in size. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, minibar, a double bed (200 x 200), and a balcony with a park view (DSU).

Double Room Superior Sea View Adults Only

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are approximately 17-22.50 sqm and feature a bathroom with a double shower, a balcony, and a sea view (DMU).

Junior Suite Adults Only

The Junior Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults area. With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, they are larger at approximately 29-33 sqm and feature an additional, visually separated living room with a sofa and a second LCD satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with a double shower, a balcony, and a park view (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View Adults Only

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, these rooms are approximately 29-36 sqm, also featuring a bathroom with a double shower, a balcony, and a sea view (J2M).
Available for an additional charge with V-Level service (JMA).
V-Level Service includes:
- Breakfast at the Momenti buffet restaurant from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Access to a separate pool and reserved sun loungers on the V-Level Beach
- Nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of water in the room
- A selection of pillows
- Bathrobe/slippers and beach set (towels, flip-flops, beach bag)

Premium Suite Adults Only

The Premium Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults area and offer approximately 29 sqm of space. Additional amenities include a shower/WC, a small terrace with seating, and a hydro-massage bathtub in the room (RE2).

Suite Maro Suites

The suites are located in the Girandella Maro Suites and offer approximately 38 sqm of space. They feature a minibar, LCD TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, a seating area, and a sleeping area for a child separated by a sliding door, as well as a balcony with a park view (S2).

Family Suite Maro Suites

Similar to the Maro Suites, these offer a bathtub and a shower/WC, and feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with bunk beds (SF2). Available with sea view for an additional charge (SFM).

Superior Suite Maro Suites

The Superior Suite is approximately 39 sqm and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, as well as a separate children's room with two additional sleeping spaces. Further amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, two sinks (one suitable for children), a children's stool, and a changing table. The WC is separate from the bathroom. Two LCD TVs, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a coffee set complete the amenities. For child safety, socket covers and a baby monitor are provided. The Superior Suite also has a balcony (SU2).

Suite Sea View Maro Suites

These suites are slightly larger than the family suites, approximately 51 sqm. With otherwise identical amenities and minimum occupancy as the Superior Family Suite Sea View, they feature two bathrooms: one with a child-friendly bathtub and stool, and another with a shower. The suite also includes a bedroom with a double bed, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, plus a terrace and sea view (SM).

Double Room Superior Family

These rooms are located in the Girandella Family section (approx. 18 sqm) and feature a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), an extendable armchair, a balcony, and a park view (DAS). Optionally available for 3 people (DSB, with an additional sofa bed) or with a sea view (DSM).

Family Room Family

These rooms, approximately 29 sqm, have a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with two sofa beds (DF2), with otherwise similar amenities to the Superior Family Double Rooms. Available with sea view for an additional charge (F2M).

Family Room Separate Bedroom Family

These rooms, approximately 42 sqm, offer more space, two bathrooms, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony with a park view (DFS). Available with sea view for an additional charge (FM2).

Family Suite Family

The Family Suites, approximately 36-39 sqm, feature two LCD TVs, air conditioning, a minibar (for a fee), a bathroom, and a visually separated sleeping area with two sofa beds. The Family Suites have a balcony or terrace with a park view (2FS). Available with sea view for an additional charge (2FM).

Breakfast (Family)

Gourmet breakfast experience served buffet-style.

Half Board (Villas)

Gourmet breakfast at the "Momenti" buffet restaurant until 11 AM. A selection of set menus is available for dinner.

Half Board Plus (Family)

Gourmet breakfast and dinner with show cooking, both served buffet-style in the Marblu Restaurant. A wide selection of local and international cuisine. Coffee/tea, juices, and water are included during meals. At dinner, a selection of wine and beer from the dispenser is also included.

Breakfast Adults Only

At the Rebelle Restaurant, enjoy a Champagne breakfast and brunch from 8 AM to 2 PM with buffet stations including a yogurt and salad bar, egg specialties, live cooking, and freshly prepared dishes.

All Inclusive

AI Maro Suites

Abundant breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with Mediterranean and international culinary specialties and show cooking at the Mario Premium Buffet Restaurant. Entry is restricted to guests of the Maro Suites. Snacks are available by the pool and on the beach in the afternoons. Various local non-alcoholic drinks, as well as local beer and wine from the beverage station, are included during meals. At the Ria lobby bar in Maro Suites, non-alcoholic drinks and machine coffee, as well as tea, are included.

Sports for a fee

Girandella Family:
Tennis courts, tennis equipment, adventure mini-golf, bike tours, bicycle rental, water sports facilities offered by third-party providers on the beach.

Children's program

Girandella Family & Maro Suites:
Maro Miniclub (ages 3-7), Maro Maxi area (ages 7-11), children's pool and splash playground, kids' disco, babysitting available upon request for a fee.
