Location

The Valamar Tamaris Hotel - Tamaris Villas is located on the Lanterna peninsula, approx. 13 km from Porec. During the summer season, daily bus and boat connections to the town of Porec are available. The sea with its pebble, rock, and sand beach and bathing platforms (sun loungers and umbrellas at a fee) is about 100 m away.

Facilities

The resort features 313 rooms spread across four floors with two elevators in the main building, as well as 108 suites and villas in the adjacent Casa Agava, Casa Palma, and Tamaris Villas buildings. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, a hotel restaurant, an à la carte restaurant on the beach (June-September), an Istrian Taverne (June-September), a pool bar and a lobby bar, both with terraces, and a freshwater swimming pool with water effects and a waterslide. Sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, and showers are included here. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Villa 2 Bedrooms Sea View

The villas are located in the Tamaris Villas annex building and feature 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa, as well as 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower). They are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a mini-fridge (refill at a fee and upon request), a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, and dishwasher, and a terrace or balcony. Bed linen and towels are included (V2).

Villa Sea View Terrace

The villas, approx. 55 sqm, feature one bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, a mini-fridge (refill at a fee and upon request), wardrobe, a kitchen with a kettle, cooking and dining utensils, microwave, and dishwasher, and a terrace. Bed linen and towels are included (V2M).
Also available with 2 bedrooms and a balcony or terrace (2MV) at an additional charge.

Children's pool, playground, cinema, and a separate playroom from June 1st to September 15th. From June 15th to September 1st, the Maro Club offers activities for various age groups:
Maro Baby (0-3 years): Lounge area for relaxing with parents and a Maro Baby Room.
Maro Club (3-7 years and 7-12 years): Children's room with various activities and entertainment programs. The Maro Club is open for 4 hours a day, and 6 hours during high season.
Teen (12+ years): Teenager open-air zone, video games, sports activities (beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton, etc.), evening program including beach parties, disco, or movie nights. Go-karts or paintball are available for a fee and only with parents.

Wellness

Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, outdoor whirlpool, relaxation room, and the whirlpool are included. Massages and treatments are available at the wellness center for a fee.
