Location

Nestled in a lush pine forest surrounding a beautiful bay, just 10 minutes from the old town of Poreč, the Marea Valamar Collection Suites offer a unique sense of privacy combined with comfortable amenities for the entire family. Pula Airport is approximately 52 km away.

Facilities

The luxury complex features a total of 108 suites, located just a few steps from the sandy beach and four pools. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with show cooking and a terrace with a magnificent sea view, the Beach Club with beach bar, as well as a lobby bar and pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area, you will find a total of 4 pools (an infinity pool, an activity pool, a children's pool with water slides, and a covered baby pool) with sun terraces. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here; they are available for a fee at the beach. Towel service is included.

Junior Suite

The luxuriously appointed Junior Suites (approx. 32 m²) feature a double bed and a daybed (90 x 180 cm), a bathroom with shower and bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a balcony with park views (JS2).

V-Level Family Suite Superior Sea View

With otherwise identical features to the Junior Suites, the Family Suite is approx. 40 m² and offers an additional children's room (separated by a sliding door) with 2 separate daybeds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate WC, two LCD TVs, as well as a furnished balcony and sea view. V-Level service amenities are also included here (2FU).

Suite Sea View Type A

The approx. 56 m² suites with sea view (2MA) are equipped with a double bed, a separate bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with seating.

Family Suite Superior Sea View Swim Up

The Swim Up Suites with sea view are approx. 40 m² (2FS) and are equipped with a double bed and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with daybeds for two children. Furthermore, these suites feature a bathroom with shower or bathtub and separate WC, and a terrace with seating, sun loungers, and access to a shared pool.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Suite Sea View

Spanning approx. 40 m², the suites with sea view (S2M) offer a double bed and a sleeping area for children separated by a sliding door. They also feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower, a separate WC, and a balcony or terrace with seating. From summer 2026, also bookable as a Family Suite Sea View (2FM).

Meals

Half Board Plus

Gourmet breakfast experience and dinner with show cooking, both served buffet style. Coffee/tea, juices, and mineral water (sparkling or still) are included from drink dispensers during meals.

Full Board Plus

Additionally includes lunch, also served buffet style.

Sports included

Sports for a fee

(subject to availability): Water sports facilities at the beach provided by third-party suppliers, mini golf, secure bike storage (capacity for 60 bicycles), tool kit for basic repairs, daily laundry service for sportswear, lunch box, and bike guides (on request).

Children's program

Maro Baby Club (0-3 years) with a specially equipped room and outdoor lounge zone for relaxing and gathering for parents with small children. The club also includes the Maro Baby Room for babies and toddlers under the supervision of trained staff. The Maro Club (Mini 3-7 years, Maxi 7-12 years) is open daily for at least 4 hours (6 hours per day from 1.7.-1.9.) and consists of a play area with educational toys and a gaming zone. Furthermore, there is an outdoor children's playground with equipment for various age groups and 3 playrooms. For teenagers (12+), there is a Teen Hangout meeting point and outdoor lounge zone, as well as a Fun Zone with video games, sports activities (sports tournaments, table tennis, badminton, bike tours, and more), and evening beach parties, disco time, gaming tournaments, or cinema nights.
