Location

The hotel, part of the well-known Valamar chain, is located approx. 200 m from the sea. You will find a pebble, grass, and paved beach very close by, where sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee. Due to its wide range of wellness and sports facilities, the hotel is an ideal choice for families and couples alike. The popular seaside resort of Porec, with its beautiful old town, is only about 900 m away.

Facilities

The hotel has 244 rooms spread over 10 floors and 2 elevators. Facilities include a lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), a hotel restaurant with a terrace, a lobby bar, a pool bar with a terrace (serving snacks), and a wellness bar. There is also a freshwater outdoor pool with a terrace where sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included, a heated freshwater indoor pool (towels included), shops, and a hairdresser.

Junior suite

The comfortably furnished junior suites are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee), safe, and balcony, and feature a separate living room (JS2). Alternatively available for booking as Type A "Novel" Junior Suite Plus (J2A). Optionally available with sea view (J2M).

Double room without balcony

The rooms feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi (free of charge), minibar (for a fee), safe, and a French bed (DO). Can also be booked for single use or with single/child occupancy on request (DEO/1DO).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms with the addition of a balcony (DSU). Can also be booked for up to three people (DSR). Optionally available with sea view (DMU/D3Q).

Family room Superior

Decorated in bright, Mediterranean colors, the Superior family rooms are equipped with twin beds, carpet, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet, safe, and flatscreen satellite TV, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning (from June to September) and centrally controlled heating. A baby cot can be provided on request and for a fee. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC (approx. 40 m², F2U).

Half board Plus

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM with themed buffet stations and four themed evenings per week. Non-alcoholic soft drinks are included with meals.

Children's pool in both the indoor and outdoor areas at the Valamar Diamant. In the immediate vicinity, there is a children's adrenaline park (for a fee). A babysitting service can be used for a fee. The Maro Club (3-7 years and 7-12 years) is open for 4 hours per day, and 6 hours in the high season. For teenagers (12+), there is a lounge zone, an area with video games, and sports activities such as beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton, or cycling tours are offered. In the evenings, there are pool parties, games, or movie nights. For a fee and only accompanied by parents, activities such as paintball can be played.
