A kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower/WC, as well as a living room with TV and a single sofa bed, are also part of the modern mobile home's equipment (WM2).

The standard "Pineta" mobile homes, approx. 25 m², consist of a kitchenette with a seating area and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 130 x 190 cm and one with two single beds 65x190cm, as well as a wooden terrace with a table and chairs (WMD).

The Mobile Home Superior, approx. 35 m², furnished in a modern design, features a living room with flatscreen TV and sofa, as well as a kitchenette with stove, microwave, pots, dishes, refrigerator, and dining area. It also has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed 160x 200 cm and one with a bunk bed 75x 200 cm, and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The cozy wooden terrace is equipped with a table and chairs (MHS).

These cozy double rooms are located directly on the beach and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, towels, mini-fridge, flatscreen TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a covered furnished terrace (ZF2).

These "Sky Studios" offer approx. 26 m² of space and are located on the first floor near the Shopping Center. They feature a kitchenette, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony with a table and chairs (S12).

The "Belvedere" villas offer approx. 70 m² of space and are located near the sea and the pool. They feature two separate bedrooms, a living area with TV and sofa bed, a kitchenette, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished terrace (V2).

These spacious units (formerly apartment M80) of approx. 70m² have two bedrooms with two connected single beds each, a kitchenette with a cooking area, microwave, sink, pots, dishes, refrigerator, table and chairs, a living room with satellite TV and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cabin, and hairdryer. The terrace of this unit is equipped with garden chairs and a table (COD).

The newly designed Holiday Home Comfort units, approx. 62m², are available as accessible units upon request and feature two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchenette with a cooking area, microwave, sink, pots, dishes, a refrigerator, and a table with chairs. The unit also includes a living room with satellite TV and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cabin, and hairdryer. A pet is included in this unit. The terrace is equipped with garden chairs and a table (CX2).

These units (formerly apartment M95) of approx. 77m² have three bedrooms with two connected single beds each, a kitchenette with cooking area, microwave, sink, pots, dishes, refrigerator, table and chairs, a living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed, and two bathrooms with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cabin, and hairdryer. The terrace is equipped with garden chairs and a table (3CC).

These units (formerly apartment M60) of approx. 51m² have two bedrooms with two connected single beds each, a kitchenette with a cooking area, microwave, sink, pots, dishes, refrigerator, table and chairs, and satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower cabin. The terrace has garden chairs and a table (CCN).

The modern Premium Relax mobile homes, approx. 35m², feature two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, sink, pots and pans, refrigerator, table and chairs, a satellite TV, a living area with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. The wooden terrace is equipped with a table and chairs and also has a whirlpool (WML).
