Information

Day 1: Saturday - Gruz Port/Dubrovnik
Check-in from 2 PM. Reception and welcome drink on board.
Meet the crew, enjoy the atmosphere with dinner on board and look forward to an exciting, unforgettable tour.
Day 2: Sunday - Dubrovnik – Korcula
The southernmost part of Croatia holds many gems. Start with an optional hike* through Dubrovnik, also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic or the King's Landing. Whatever you consider the main features of the city, Dubrovnik's mighty city walls and its courteous spirit will quickly transport you back to a time when this was an independent republic, successfully competing with the Venetian Republic. The outpost is your next stop, and your journey will only be interrupted by a refreshing swim in the Elaphiti Islands. You'll know Korčula* was a Venetian fortress as soon as you notice the many lion statues adorning the facades and gates of the city, intertwined with some of the most outstanding stonework you'll see along the entire Adriatic coast. Overnight in Korčula.
*Dubrovnik City Tour with carriage transfer from Dubrovnik (Gruz) port to the Old Town - optional walking package (or on Day 7)
*Korčula City Walk - optional walking package
Day 3: Monday - Korcula – Pucisca (Island of Brac)
Breakfast will be served with a breathtaking view of the playfully scattered archipelago of Korčula, followed by a picturesque drive around the tips of the Pelješac peninsula and the island of Hvar, perhaps with a refreshing swim along the way. Visit the home of Croatian marble, the island of Brač. You've probably seen this high-quality limestone before, perhaps on the front of the White House in Washington DC or the Reichstag building in Berlin, but the optional tour* of the still-operational stonemasonry school in Pučišća offers the chance to learn more about shaping this stone for eternity. Back on the mainland, be impressed by the dramatic cliffs that frame the beautiful settlement of Omiš right at the mouth of the Cetina River. Consider exploring the Cetina River Canyon by boat tour**. Overnight in Omiš.
*Stonemasonry School - optional walking package
**Optional Excursion: Cetina River
Day 4: Tuesday - Omiš – Split – Excursion to Skradin and Trogir
As you sail along the Croatian coast, it may seem impossible to surpass the beauty around you. Perhaps, but there are also places on the Croatian mainland that certainly lie in parallel, like the Krka River and its stunning estuary. A bus trip will take you to the small town of Skradin, the guardian of the Krka River estuary and the gateway to its national park. The place where wild waterfalls inspire calm lakes, the park is definitely worth a visit. Upon returning to the coast, you will visit Trogir, a small island connected to the mainland. Trogir is a showcase of breathtaking architecture based on Greek and Roman heritage, protected by UNESCO, as is its great neighbor and your next stop, the city of Split. Explore on your own or join our optional walking tour* to learn more about Diocletian's Palace, once the retirement residence of the Roman Emperor and now a vibrant city center. Whatever you do, enjoy yourself in Split, as it is, after all, the true highlight of local life. Dinner on board and overnight in Split.
*Split Walking Tour - optional walking tour package
Day 5: Wednesday - Split – Hvar (Island of Hvar) – Vela Luka (Island of Korcula)
In an island sea directly opposite Split, Hvar is known for its purple lavender fields, robust red wines, and glittering jet-set parties on starry waterfronts. Especially in its main hotspot, the Old Town of Hvar, where Europe's oldest theater is also located and tourism in Croatia was organized! Join an optional walking tour* to learn more about the city and island's interesting history and starry present before sailing to swim in the beautiful Pakleni Otoci archipelago. Later in the afternoon, anchor in Vela Luka on Korčula, where you will enjoy dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Thursday - Vela Luka (Island of Korcula) – Pomena (Island of Mljet)
Your captain will choose a secluded bay for you to jump into the sea and start the day. Surrounded by deep green forests that have earned Korčula its name and fame, meditate on the sound of crickets and silence as you immerse yourself in the essence of this region: the crystal blue sea. Then, it's on to another green island, this time Mljet. The island's national park is home to two saltwater lakes connected to the sea by a small channel. Nature lovers will be delighted here by hiking or cycling, perhaps even kayaking to the small bay in the middle of the lake, which is enchanting with its 12th-century St. Mary's Monastery. Alternatively, you can join our optional excursion** - but whatever you do, don't miss Mljet! Spend the evening in the small settlement of Slano on the mainland, once revered by Dubrovnik's sea captains. Why is self-explanatory once you take your first stroll along the promenade.
**Optional Excursion: Mljet National Park, Free time in National Park
Day 7: Friday - Slano – Dubrovnik
Near Slano, the small town of Ston claims its fame for many things that delight gourmets: strong wines, ancient salt production, and succulent oysters and mussels. Our optional tour "Taste of Dalmatia"* highlights all these treasures, but you can also simply relax in Slano before departing for Dubrovnik. Halfway, a swim on Lopud Island will lift your spirits and prepare you for an optional guided tour* of Dubrovnik's Old Town. Surrounded by huge city walls, as if in its own universe, the world-famous facades line up as you walk through the same streets as the actors and crews from Game of Thrones, Star Wars, and Robin Hood. Enjoy an evening of romance, splendor, and glamour, as you will be staying overnight in Dubrovnik.
*Dubrovnik City Tour with bus transfer from Dubrovnik (Gruz) port to the Old Town - optional with walking package (or on Day 2)
**Optional Excursion: Taste of Dalmatia
Day 8: Saturday - Dubrovnik
Enjoy a farewell breakfast before disembarking by 9 AM. Be sure to stay in touch with your fellow travelers, the Cruise Manager, and the crew, as the MS Adriatic Princess will await you again next year!

Organizational or weather-related changes to the route are reserved and are at the sole discretion of the captain.

Sturdy footwear is required for shore excursions.

As the ships offered are motor ships, there may be operational noises and vibrations in the cabins. Depending on the cabin's location, these may be amplified. The respective docking points are collection points. Several ships dock next to or behind each other, so it may be necessary to cross other ships. For supply reasons, it may not be possible to turn off the generators at night, which can lead to noise and odor nuisances (e.g., from neighboring ships).
