Location

Albarella Island, 70 km south of Venice, is a natural oasis within the Po Delta Regional Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Located between Chioggia (30 km away) and Comacchio (45 km away), within the municipality of Rosolina in the province of Rovigo.

Facilities

Connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island features 2 hotels, 300 accommodations in villas and apartments, and 11 restaurants, with a gently sloping, approximately 2.5 km long sandy beach on the east coast. Small inlets (fiords) wind through the southwest. The beautiful green spaces and the opportunity to engage in countless sports (including golf, horse riding, and various water sports) cater to diverse holiday wishes. Additionally, the island offers the Centro Sportivo, a marina with 455 berths, an emergency doctor and ambulance service, and 2 medical stations, along with 35 commercial establishments ranging from a pharmacy to a supermarket. The island can be explored using the "Trenino" island train. Wi-Fi hotspots are available at central points on the island.

Two-Bedroom Terraced House

The terraced houses (R2H [S3], approx. 70 m²) are located in the fiord area or near Capo Nord beach. The house offers space for four people across two floors, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed (a sofa bed is available for a fifth person at an additional charge). A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils. Furthermore, the accommodation provides two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a washing machine with drying rack, air conditioning, heating, and an LCD TV. A terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers, an outdoor grill, and access to/balcony view of the "Fiordo-Diamante-Pool".

Two-Bedroom Terraced Duplex

The terraced duplex houses (T2Z [S3M], approx. 70 m²) are located near Capo Nord beach and a dog beach. The accommodation offers space for four to five people with the same amenities as the "Two-Bedroom Terraced House (R2H)". A bright living area overlooking the front garden is on the ground floor, and a furnished terrace with a small, fenced garden and barbecue facilities invites you to relax outdoors.

Two-Bedroom Villa

The villas (V22 [V3], approx. 80 m²) are located in the "Valle da Pesca" area, in close proximity to the RistoBar "Rustico," which offers evening entertainment. The recently renovated, two-story villa features an equipped outdoor veranda and a large, fenced garden, providing space for four people. The ground floor comprises a bright living area with an equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, four-burner hob, dishwasher, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils) as well as a double bedroom separated from the living area by a small hallway and door, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor has another bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Further amenities include an LCD TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, safe, air conditioning, barbecue facilities, and two small storage rooms.

Three-Bedroom Villa

The Comfort villas (V32 [V4C], approx. 100 m²) are distributed across the entire island and, with otherwise identical amenities to the "Two-Bedroom Villa (V22)," feature a third, separate bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed. The spacious Comfort villas accommodate up to six people (an extra bed for a seventh person is available at an additional charge). The outdoor area of the villa includes a furnished terrace, a large, fenced garden, and a barbecue.

Pool Villa

The Pool Villas (2PV [V4P], approx. 100 m²) are terraced villas over two floors with an equipped patio, fenced garden, and a private, unheated pool. They accommodate up to six people (a sofa bed for a seventh person is available at an additional charge). They feature the same amenities as the "Three-Bedroom Villa (V32)," heating, and possibly a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. The outdoor area offers a private pool with regular maintenance and a barbecue area.
Note: Free Wi-Fi is available, and parking for two cars is located in front of the villa. Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee.

From mid-May to mid-September, the animation team offers entertainment, including games, sports competitions, water aerobics, fitness classes, and fitness equipment for children, teenagers, and adults.
Free access to the swimming pools at the Centro Sportivo, including an Olympic-sized pool and open water for triathlon and water sports, and the Albarella Splash water attraction (open from mid-May to early September).

ALBARELLA GOLF CLUB
The golf course on Albarella is unique in combining the style of a classic British course with the stunning landscape of the Venetian lagoon. The sea-links course was designed by English architect Harris and features 18 holes. Its breathtaking surroundings make it a regular destination for an international clientele with high standards. The Albarella Golf Club (Par 72) has the following tee options: For gentlemen, tournament tee white (SR 121 CR 72.0), standard tee yellow (SR 118 CR 70.5), and reduced tee green (SR 113 CR 68.2). For ladies, tournament tee blue (SR 125 CR 73.8), standard tee red (SR 121 CR 72.5), and extended tee orange (SR 116 CR 70.0).

YACHT HARBOR MARINA DI ALBARELLA
Albarella Marina is proud to be a recipient of the European Blue Flag award, a distinction few can boast. It offers 455 secure, weather-protected berths for boats from 6 to 25 meters (with electricity and water at the quay). The marina also has a shipyard, a workshop, storage facilities, a boat fuel station, a boat ramp, a fixed crane (5 T) and travel lift (50 T), a nautical agency, a coin-operated laundry, an offshore fishing club, and a restaurant with a bar.
Arrival by boat to the harbor: Maintain a water depth of at least 5 meters and orient yourself by the water tower with two rings. Steer towards the entrance near the rocky reef, marked by two more lighthouses (red and green). Follow the entrance channel, which is bordered by two breakwaters and concrete piles; stay approximately 20-30 meters to the left. Continue until the harbor entrance. The marina can be reached on VHF Channel 9.

Animation (multilingual) for children and teenagers (Mini Club, Junior Club, Young Club) with sports and games, playground.
Crib (0-3 years) available on request, approx. €5 per day.

Entertainment

Animation for children and teenagers with games, sports, and tournaments, as well as entertainment and evening shows. Disco on the beach and a large event stage, plus use of the shuttle train are included for island guests.
