Location

Located in the town center of St. Johann in the Ahrntal Valley and on the southern side of the Zillertal Alps, this hotel is an ideal starting point in summer for hikes, mountain tours, and excursions into the diverse nature of South Tyrol. A bus stop with good connections to the surrounding towns and attractions is nearby. In winter, guests benefit from the convenient location on the Ahrntal road with quick access to the ski areas of Klausberg (approx. 3 km) and Speikboden (approx. 5 km). The ski bus stops directly at the hotel; ski rental and a ski school are approx. 3 km away, and the nearest cross-country ski trail entry point is approx. 6 km away.

Facilities

The popular, family-run hotel with many regular guests features 55 rooms and offers a pleasant, personal atmosphere. Facilities include a daytime café with a bar and à-la-carte restaurant, a dining room for hotel guests, a reading, smoking, and TV room, as well as a lift. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a bicycle storage room, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and parasols, as well as parking spaces and a ski cellar with boot dryers in winter.

Double room

The approx. 22 m² double rooms (D), equipped with carpet, are located on the rear side of the building facing the parking lot and feature a shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe, free Wi-Fi, and heating. Amenities include a double bed and, depending on the room, a sofa bed or armchair for a third person. Bath and sauna towels are also provided.

Double room Comfort

The approx. 22 m² double rooms Comfort (DKO), equipped with laminate flooring, feature a shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe, free Wi-Fi, and heating. Amenities include a double bed and, depending on the room, a sofa bed or armchair, as well as a small desk. Bath and sauna towels are provided. Additionally, these rooms feature a balcony, some with a glass veranda (the glass veranda must be requested as a customer preference).

Single room

The approx. 15 m² single rooms (E) offer the same amenities as the standard double rooms and include a shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe, free Wi-Fi, and heating.

Half board

In the morning, guests serve themselves from the breakfast buffet between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
In the evening, a 3-course menu of your choice with a salad buffet is served from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Vegetarian menus are available upon request.
*Christmas menu on 24.12. included, New Year's Eve menu on 31.12. for an additional charge of approx. € 36 per person.
