In a wonderful landscape, the hotel is located only 50 m from the lake and 5 km from the ski area. The town center is less than 1 km away, while bars can be found either directly in the hotel or in the beach hotel opposite. Restaurants and shops are located about 500 m away. There is a ski bus stop directly at the hotel. The nearest ski area with a lift and cross-country ski trail is about 5 km away.

The charming, family-run Adults-Only hotel features a reception (8 am-10 pm, also available 24 hours in emergencies), an elevator, a bar, a restaurant, lounges, free Wi-Fi, and a ski boot room. Here, every moment is designed to offer you relaxation.

The friendly furnished rooms (17m²) have a bathroom, toilet, shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, Wi-Fi (free of charge), kettle, heating, and a balcony or terrace facing the garden, also bookable as a single room with a side sea view (E).
