The hotel is located on the eastern side of Livigno overlooking the valley and its mountains. The town center with its shops, numerous restaurants, and nightlife options is about 1 km away. The nearest ski lift "Mottolino" is approx. 100 m away. This excellent location is renowned for its snow guarantee. In winter, a ski bus is available about 50 m away and the cross-country skiing trail access is approximately 200 m away.
