Location

The resort is situated on grounds of approx. 45 hectares, 1 km south of the town center with many restaurants, bars, and shops. The sea with a public beach is about 800 m away. The path leads over a field and through a small pine forest. San Vincenzo is about 30 km away, Livorno about 40 km, and Pisa about 65 km.

The modern holiday resort consists of a 2-story main building and outbuildings with a total of 156 residential units. Further amenities include a reception, restaurant, pizzeria, bar with terrace, lounge, mini-market, Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge). The beautiful outdoor area features a swimming pool including a waterslide, with sun loungers and umbrellas included.

Same facilities as the studios, but with a separate bedroom and a terrace. (A12)

2 Bedroom Apartment (Vilette Triolo D)

Same facilities as the apartments, but with two separate bedrooms and a veranda with a small garden. (A22)

Superior 1 Bedroom Apartment (Villette Bilo and Trilo)

With the same facilities as the apartments, these are slightly more spacious and have an additional microwave in the kitchenette. (A2U) Also bookable with 2 bedrooms for an additional charge (2AU).

A fee of €40 is charged for final cleaning, payable locally.
A deposit of €200 must be paid at the hotel for the apartments. Pets allowed on request in the apartments (A12 and A22) for a fee of €18 per day. Payable locally.
