The hotel is situated on a small hill in the municipality of Montecatini Val di Cecina. The quietly located hotel is nestled in the green Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometers from significant art cities like Volterra, Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Siena. The Cecina Valley offers a diverse landscape with its partly steep, partly gently sloping hills, providing excellent opportunities for sports such as hiking and mountain biking/road cycling, allowing you to explore the magnificent area on less-trafficked roads directly from the hotel.

The hotel features 95 rooms spread across 3 buildings. Facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi in the lobby (free of charge), a bar, and a restaurant. The beautiful garden area houses the swimming pool with a children's pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas (April-Oct, weather permitting), with 1 umbrella and 2 loungers per room included.

The friendly and nicely furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), and a safe (with deposit). These rooms face the land side or the parking lot. Double rooms for single occupancy can also be booked upon request. Rooms can also be booked with a balcony for an additional charge.
