The resort has 150 rooms spread across several white bungalow buildings surrounded by lush greenery. Facilities include a reception, main restaurant, grill/pizzeria, bar, amphitheater, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. In the well-maintained, garden-like outdoor area, there is a pool landscape covering approximately 1000 m², which features a separate children's area as well as two swimming lanes. The sun terrace is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, and tables, subject to availability. At the hotel's own sandy beach, umbrellas, beach towels, and loungers from the 3rd row onwards are available free of charge (subject to availability). The beach can be reached via a footpath through the nature reserve or with the free shuttle service.

The comfortably furnished double rooms (D) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and coffee and tea-making facilities. Located on the ground floor of the villa buildings, the rooms offer plenty of natural light through their large windows and include a furnished lawn area with a view of the garden. Can be booked for single occupancy under DE.

Double room Superior

The more spacious Superior double rooms (DSU) feature the same amenities as the double rooms, including a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, room safe, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and coffee and tea-making facilities. The rooms are located in the villa buildings and offer a balcony or terrace, depending on their location.

The Superior quadruple rooms (DSV) feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms and provide space for up to four people. For added comfort, they have two areas separated by a door. The pool bar is open from 10:00 AM to midnight and the beach bar from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering coffee specialties (espresso, Americano, cappuccino), tea, water, soft drinks, fruit juices, non-alcoholic aperitifs and cocktails by the glass, draft beer, wine and prosecco by the glass, as well as a selection of national and international spirits and liqueurs (including Aperol, Campari, Bacardi, Bombay, Averna, and Ballantine’s). Two snack breaks with freshly baked pizza and focaccia are offered daily at the pool bar.

Sports included

Sports facilities include two padel courts, a tennis court with artificial turf, a beach tennis court, and a water sports station at the beach offering canoes and SUPs.
An outdoor fitness area with cardio and strength equipment is available free of charge. In addition, jogging tracks and body & mind paths invite you to engage in sporting activities.

Sports for a fee

Subject to availability and appointment, canoeing, SUP, water aerobics, fitness classes, holistic gym, yoga, pilates, HIIT-Fit, beach volleyball, beach tennis, and bocce are offered. For a fee: Rental of sports equipment for individual use.

The hotel's own sandy beach with fine, gold-colored sand and dunes is equipped with umbrellas and loungers (subject to availability). Bath towels are provided free of charge; an environmental fee of approx. €2 applies for exchanges. A shared power bank station is available. The beach can be reached via a footpath through the nature reserve or with the free shuttle service, which runs daily approximately every 10 minutes from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Grill-pizzeria "Timilia" (12:30 PM–2:30 PM, reservation required, for a fee), beach bar (9:00 AM–7:00 PM, for a fee) as well as the pool bar (8:00 AM–midnight) with table service and direct service to the loungers.

Note

Cities and municipalities levy a tax, comparable to a tourist tax, which must be paid in cash by the guest on site for the duration of their stay. The amount of this tax varies and is €1.50 to €5.50 per person (including children) per night.
