The Hotel Club Eloro is situated on a bay, approximately 35 km south of Syracuse, directly on a long sandy beach. The town of Lido di Noto, with shopping facilities, bars, and restaurants, is about one kilometer away. The airport is approximately 90 km away.

The club features a total of 264 rooms spread across several buildings, a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, beach bar, a main restaurant, and six themed restaurants (some for a fee), as well as Wi-Fi (available for a fee in public areas). The well-maintained grounds include a swimming pool with a separate children's section (open from 10 am – 6 pm). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool. Guests are provided with sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach free of charge (subject to availability).
