The hotel is located directly on the beach in the small bay of Porto Frailis (Blue Flag 2016). The center of Abatax is about 2 km away. Cagliari Airport is approximately 150 km away.

The small, charming hotel has 63 rooms, a reception, Wi-Fi (free in all rooms and public areas), elevator, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee and reservation required) and a bar. The outdoor area features a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (June 1 - September 30) and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool and on the beach (from the 2nd row) are included. Bath towels are included.
