The hotel, with its 6-hectare park, is located directly on the sea on the coast of Sardinia, with the furthest rooms being only 200 meters from the beach. The distance to Olbia airport is approx. 15 km.

The two-story buildings with a total of 45 rooms are located in the middle of the well-kept garden. Furthermore, the hotel has a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, a currency exchange office, a safe, a restaurant, a bar, and a café. The seawater pool (May-Sept.) with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and panoramic view invites you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are included. On the beach directly in front of the hotel, sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge from May to September; guests receive one beach towel per day/person free of charge.
