Location

The hotel is in a quiet location directly on its own fine sandy beach, accessible via stairs, between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, offering beautiful views of the Capo Figari limestone massif and the island of Tavolara. It is approx. 8 km to Olbia; shops, restaurants, and bars are located approx. 800 m away.

The hotel's 65 rooms are distributed between the "main building" and "The Pelican Villa" building. Additionally, there is a reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the property), a lift, a bar with a large terrace, and the "Nuska Beach Restaurant" with sea views (for a fee) in the Pelican Villa. In the main building, there is a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas (included) as well as a whirlpool (in the Pelican Villa area). On the sandy beach, guests have two loungers and one parasol per room (for a fee) as well as beach towels (free of charge) at their disposal.

Double room (main building)

The tastefully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), a safe in the main building, and have a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Also bookable as a super saver room (no balcony, limited availability, special price).

Double room side sea view (main building)

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but with the addition of a side sea view and a balcony. Also bookable as a super saver room (limited availability).

Double room Comfort sea view (main building)

These rooms have the same equipment as the double rooms but are much more spacious (approx. 30 m²), feature sea views, and have a terrace.

Double room Deluxe sea view (The Pelican Villa)

With the same equipment as the Superior double rooms, the Deluxe rooms also feature a sea view and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located on the ground floor or the first floor and are closer to the beach, in the front garden area. Deckchairs and umbrellas in the garden are included.

Double room Superior (The Pelican Villa)

These equally tastefully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), a safe, and have a view of the courtyard.
