The beautiful holiday village is located in one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in northern Sardinia, in Budoni. The center of Budoni is approx. 1 km away. The beach is approx. 300 m away and Olbia Airport is approx. 40 km away.

Surrounded by green meadows, the holiday village offers 250 rooms spread across several buildings (ground floor or 1st floor), a reception, Wi-Fi (for a fee in the lobby and at the main bar) and 2 restaurants. The beautiful outdoor area features 2 swimming pools and 1 children's pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach (from the 3rd row) are included. 1st and 2nd row beach spaces are available for a fee. Reservations are only possible for arrivals/departures on Saturdays. One bath towel per person is included; all additional towels and any changes are subject to a fee.

The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and a safe. The third and fourth persons sleep on a bunk bed.

All meals served buffet-style. Drinks included with meals (bottled mineral water, draft wine, beer, cola, orange soda). Unlimited consumption (on tap, in a plastic cup) of water, cola, orange soda, iced tea, hot tea, fruit juices, espresso, coffee, cappuccino, myrtle and limoncello liqueur at the main bar from 9 AM to midnight and at the grill bar from 10:30 AM to 10 PM. At the grill bar, enjoy lemon and coffee slushies, and homemade ice cream. "Aperitivo time" at the main bar from 7:15 PM to 7:45 PM with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. From 11 AM to 7 PM at the main bar, pizza, hamburgers, or sausages, and french fries are available.
