The hotel is quietly located, nestled in a dune landscape, within a Mediterranean garden of approx. 11 hectares, on a lagoon separating the hotel from the sea. The private sandy beach is approx. 500 m away (regular mini-train to the beach), and the center is approx. 2 km away. Cagliari can be reached in about 55 km.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas (included) and a pool bar.
