The resort consists of several buildings and is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. The nearest town (Pula) is approx. 4 km away. Cagliari airport is approx. 43 km away.

The resort has a total of 165 rooms and offers its guests a reception, boutique, lounge, bar, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols (included), as well as a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach for an additional fee. Beach towels can be rented on-site for a fee.

Located mainly in the villas next to the main building, these rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe for rent, minibar (for a fee), tea kettle with tea selection, and a balcony or terrace. Also available with sea view or for single occupancy at an extra charge.

Executive Family Room

Featuring the same amenities as the Executive double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and include a sofa bed in the room. These rooms are also located mainly in the villas next to the main building.

Superior Double Room with Sea View

Bright and modernly furnished, these rooms include a shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, balcony or terrace, and sea view. These rooms are mainly located on the first floor of the main building.

Suite I Nidi

The suites consist of a double room and a living room, separated by a sliding door, and feature a shower or bath/WC, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a balcony or terrace with garden view. The room size is approximately 28 m².

Double Room I Nidi

Featuring the same amenities as the I Nidi suites, but slightly smaller.

Executive Suite

With the same amenities as the Executive double rooms, these suites offer more space and consist of 2 rooms separated by a door. The rooms are approximately 28 m².

Suite with Sea View

The exclusively equipped suite features a shower or bath/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), a safe, and a terrace or balcony. The suites either have 2 rooms separated by a sliding door or are one large room. Bedroom with double mattress and 8 cm topper. Bathroom with XL shower, approx. 28 m², rooms are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor.
